Diese Regeln hei\u00dfen &#8220;Richtlinien des GKV-Spitzenverbandes zur Begutachtung von Pflegebed\u00fcrftigkeit nach dem XI. Buch des Sozialgesetzbuches&#8221; oder kurz &#8220;BRi&#8221;. Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Begutachtungsrichtlinien (BRi) als PDF-Dokument beim <a title=\"Medizinischer Dienst des Spitzenverbandes Bund der Krankenkassen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mds-ev.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MDS herunterladen<\/a> und erhalten dann 199 Seiten Regelwerk zur Einstufung in eine Pflegestufe. Die derzeit aktuellste Fassung ist aus dem April 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Die Begutachtungsrichtlinien (BRi) sollten jeder Person mehr als gel\u00e4ufig sein, die einen aussichtsreichen Widerspruch formulieren will.
