B. zuk\u00fcnftig kein Pflegegeld, sondern Pflegesachleistungen in Anspruch nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In der Praxis werden als\u00a0\u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistungen aber meistens zwei grundlegend unterschiedliche \u00c4nderungen bezeichnet:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ein Antrag auf Erh\u00f6hung der Pflegestufe.<\/li>\n<li>Die \u00c4nderung von z. B. Geldleistung (Pflegegeld) zur Sachleistungen oder Kombinationsleistung.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-background-position:left top;--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:20px;--awb-padding-right:0px;--awb-padding-bottom:20px;--awb-padding-left:0px;--awb-border-sizes-top:0px;--awb-border-sizes-bottom:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">\u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistung am Beispiel &#8220;Kombinationsleistung&#8221;<\/h2><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Sie erhalten Pflegegeld von der Pflegekasse, da Sie von Ihrem Partner oder von einer Ihnen nahestehenden Person gepflegt werden.\u00a0 Ein lange Zeit reicht dies auch und Sie schaffen es ohne \u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistung, also ohne fremde Hilfe.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt reicht diese Pflege nicht mehr aus und Sie m\u00fcssen einen <a title=\"Ambulante Pflegeeinrichtung\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pflegestufe.com\/pflege\/ambulante-pflegeeinrichtung\/\">Pflegedienst<\/a> beauftragen. Dieser Pflegedienst stellt einen Antrag auf \u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistungen. In diesem Beispiel wird\u00a0ein Antrag gestellt, die Leistungsart &#8220;Pflegegeld&#8221; in die Leistungsart &#8220;Kombinationsleistung&#8221; zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der \u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistung erhalten Sie Sie\u00a0Ihr anteiliges Pflegegeld (wenn die Pflege durch den Pflegedienst nicht den gesamten zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Betrag ben\u00f6tigt), erst nachdem die Rechnung des\u00a0Pflegedienstes, bei der Pflegekasse gepr\u00fcft und bezahlt worden ist.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Beispiel w\u00e4re auch eine \u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistung von &#8220;Pflegegeld&#8221; in &#8220;Pflegesachleistung&#8221; m\u00f6glich und ggf. sinnvoll. Dann w\u00fcrde allerdings ein m\u00f6glicher Restbetrag (wenn der Pflegedienst nicht den vollen Satz der Pflegesachleistungen in Anspruch genommen hat) verfallen und k\u00f6nnte somit nicht als Pflegegeld ausgezahlt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unter \u00c4nderung der Pflegeleistungen ist rein formell nur ein Vorgang zu verstehen: Sie \u00e4ndern die Leistungsart, wollen also z.
